Follow these steps to place an order, choose your payment option, and track your food from confirmation to completion.
Use Login / Sign up from the navigation. Your account keeps your cart, order history, tracking updates, and chat messages connected to you.
Open the Menu page, pick the food you want, choose the size, set the quantity, and add any optional notes before adding the item to your cart.
Go to My Cart to check every item, quantity, subtotal, and delivery fee. You can still update quantities or add more food before checkout.
Proceed to checkout and choose GCash QR, Cash On Delivery, or Cash On Pickup. For GCash, submit the required payment details and wait for staff verification.
After placing the order, staff will review it. You will see updates when the order is confirmed, being prepared, ready for pickup, out for delivery, completed, or rejected.
Open Order History and select Track to follow your order. If chat is available for the order, use it for questions or updates.
